Most LEED exam prep teaches you facts about green building, not how the exam actually tests you on them. LEED Decoded works through both the LEED Green Associate and LEED AP BD+C pathways using the current USGBC LEED v5 reference guide, broken into clear modules and practice questions
You get self-paced video and slide modules you can work through on your own schedule, plus the option to join a live cohort that meets three times a week to go through the material together, ask questions in real time, and stay accountable to an actual deadline instead of “get to it eventually.

Atika Waheed is a PCATP-licensed architect and LEED AP BD+C with over 20 years of experience. She runs Atika Design Studio, a practice spanning residential, commercial, civic/educational, and hospitality projects, with sustainability and LEED consultancy at the core of her work.
LEED Decoded is built from the same material she uses to advise real projects through LEED certification — not a generic test-prep script written by someone who has never sat across the table from a certification reviewer.
Live Cohort
Live Cohort
The live cohort starts November 9th and meets three times a week (Monday, Wednesday) over Google Meet, working through the LEED GA and AP BD+C material together with real-time Q&A. Course materials live in Google Classroom, so you can review anything from a session.
Seats are limited to keep the group small enough to actually be useful, not just filled.

Which exam pathways are available?
You can either opt for LEED GA only which is based on 3 modules or a combined LEED GA&AP exam prep course which spans over 8 modules.
Do I need a sustainability background to take this course?
No. The material is built to work whether you're starting from zero or already practicing — it's structured around the exam itself, not assumed prior knowledge.
What if I miss a live class?
Every session is recorded and posted to Google Classroom, so you won't fall behind if you miss one.
How do I pay?
You can pay through Payoneer or Direct bank transfer. Class will only be confirmed on the receipt of full payment.
Where does the course actually happen?
Course materials and recordings live in Google Classroom; live sessions run on Google Meet. You'll get an invite to both after registering.
Is the official exam fee included in the price?
No — the GBCI exam fee is separate and paid directly to GBCI when you schedule your exam.
Will I get additional resources along with the course?
Yes additional study resources will be provided along with the course to allow a greater indepth understanding.
